New to Lake Bookings! Smithy’s Carp Lakes

 

Smithy’s Carp Fishing Lakes are located approximately 30 minutes from Limoges Airport and 6 hrs 30 from Calais.
We have two natural stream fed 3 acre lakes, with silty clay bottoms of depths ranging to 12ft. One lake named ‘Jimmy’s Lake’ and one named ‘Al’s Lake’. Both lakes are situated in natural surroundings with overhanging trees and bushes all around. This makes for a very relaxing holiday.

Recently re-stocked, the lakes hold some impressive French Carp. The lakes boast Common and Mirror Carp consisting of upper 20’s, 30’s, 40’s, 50’s and 60’s.

Jimmy’s has 2 single swims and 1 double swim with a maximum of 3 anglers at any one time. On Al’s Lake there are 2 double swim and 1 swim with a maximum 4 anglers.

Facilities on-site include Toilet/Shower and use of a Kitchen for charging phones, bait boats etc.

Our season starts from the 1st March through to the 30th November 2019. Please see below availability and prices. Lake Exclusive deals are available for groups of anglers.

There is a secure parking area fo your vehicle, which is situated close to both lakes. We can transport your tackle to the swim if help is required.

Facilities

For your comfort whilst fishing, there are facilities for showering as well as a four toilets and wash basins.

Outside is a decking area, Sheltered area for relaxing and an enclosed kitchen which has fridges and freezers for food and drink only, Our Kitchen has a sink with hot and cold water and a cooker.

All cooking utensils, such as pots, pans, mugs, plates, knives, forks etc. are available

Power points for charging bait boat batteries, laptops and mobile phones are available for 24hr use.

Freezer is available for storage of bait

Satellite TV available in seating area

Food Package Option

Breakfast Includes: Baguettes with Sausage, Bacon and Egg

 A selection of Cereals 

Served with Tea/Coffee/Fruit Juice
