Your Membership offers 2 locations to fish. One located in Trefnant and the other located in Bodelwyddan. These 2 locations offer 2 different ponds to fish. We stock a variety of fish which include Carp, Tench, Chubb, Barbel, Rudd, Roach and Perch. For further details on fishing Bodelwyddan please contact the club Secretary (details provided).

Trefnant Brick Pool is a 15 swim pond located in the centre of 2 acres of woodland within the village of Trefnant, just across from the football pitch at the Village Hall.

Nearby facilities include a local Shop, Café and Fish and Chip Takeaway.

Please do not park on the main road as this is a dangerously fast and busy road. For Parking at Trefnant pool please use the lower end of the Village Hall car park and be mindful of other users.

We offer Day Tickets for TREFNANT ONLY. Day tickets can be purchased here and at the village hall cafe. Day tickets run from dawn till dusk at Trefnant ONLY.

The Lodge, Bodelwyddan is set in Beautiful farmland and is kept private and for members use only. This location does have a coded gate and can only be accessed by members. For information on this location please contact us.

PLEASE FAMILIARISE YOURSELF WITH THE RULES BEFORE YOU FISH ~

The Rules:
1) Children under 18 MUST be always supervised by an Adult.
2) No Keepnets at either location
3) Barbless hooks only – No micro barbed hooks
4) Maximum hook size 10 to be used
5) No braided main line to be used
6) Line breaking strain of 10lbs maximum
7) OMC Magic Twig – Banned
8) Disgorgers, Landing net and unhooking mats must be used
9) Maximum 1KG of ground bait per session
10) No large boilies, Mini boilies only
11) No artificial imitation bait to be used (plastic sweetcorn or maggots etc.)
12) Running lead or micro lead clips only
13) Vandalism and antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated
14) Carp rods must be within 2 meters of each other & secured adequately
15) No all-surface baits to be used – this includes Bread
16) Members must make themselves available for 3 work parties a year (unless non-attendance fee is paid)
17) Ensure all equipment is dry before setting up to fish
18) No Alcohol or Drugs
19) Day tickets cannot be purchased on the Bank
20) No dogs (The Lodge, Bodelwyddan)
21) Well behaved and controlled dogs are permitted at Trefnant
22) All Litter and tackle must be taken home
23) No fires or BBQ’s.
A strict code of conduct must be adhered to
These rules are made and approved by your committee.

If any member(s) are caught breaking these rules they will be asked to leave immediately and return, their membership card.
