Description
The Top lake (the larger of the two pools) contains a huge number of specimen carp up to 28 plus pounds. It has no more than 5 anglers fishing with a maximum of three rods each. Each peg has plenty of water.
There is no vehicular access to the lakeside itself. However, the car park is only a short walk from the Top Lake. We would advise bringing a barrow to transport equipment if necessary. A landing net, weigh sling, and unhooking cradle are NOT provided for each peg, we ask all anglers to use the dipping tank provided and must dip their landing nets and slings.
