A 1 acre lake with a mixture of Carp up to 25lb plus

5 pegs

Swims: Gate, Piggery, Hilltop , Tippers and Wood

Rules

Gate To Be Shut At All Times
No swimming or wading.
No litter! All litter must be taken home.
No drugs, alcohol in moderation.
No carp sacks or keepnets.
No leadcore or leaders; tubing is advised.
Unhooking mats, landing nets, slings provided. Please put back in the racking at the gate when finished.
Only fish from marked swims.
Respect all wildlife.
Respect fellow anglers.
All BBQs must be off the ground, no fires allowed.
All fish must be returned to the lake once landed.
No shouting and radios kept low.
Minimum 12lb line.
2 rods maximum at any one time.
Bait boats can be used sensibly.
No baiting from the opposite bank.
No maggots, peas, beans, nuts, zigs, no plastic or artificial baits.
No non-fishing guests except partners.
No wandering round farm buildings.
No dogs
Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult

Cancellations can be made up to 14 days before the booking date. An administrative fee of £1 per 24 hours shall apply to refunds. For lake exclusive bookings the admin fee is £10 per 24 hours.
Within 14 days of the booking you may request to move your booking to another date, at the owners discretion
